About the Company

We created Prosperata to help the healthcare industry use its data assets to achieve the “Quadruple Aim” objectives of high quality care, lower cost, better care team experience and improved patient experience. Prosperata wants health care to prosper with its data. We are re-writing the book on how healthcare organizations can use analytics as a strategic differentiator. We consistently deliver high quality outcomes to healthcare executives using industry-leading information management practices.

What We Believe

In today’s age, business transformation is increasingly synonymous with information transformation.  We believe that healthcare organizations that embrace their data as a strategic asset will continue to survive and thrive, while others will struggle to do so.  However, even for organizations that truly believe in the value of their data, this is easier said than done.

Healthcare organizations need to cut through the clutter of compliance headaches, organizational alignment issues, competing business priorities, technical architecture options and a myriad of available technologies to develop clarity of vision in deploying their data assets.  A thoughtfully developed enterprise strategy for information management, successful data governance, high-quality technical execution and appropriate investments in innovation makes business transformation possible.

Prosperata was founded in early 2015 by healthcare industry veterans Rahul Ghate and Sanjay Sarma. They have been at the forefront of data science and analytics in healthcare for the last 20 years and have built their reputation by succeeding in a variety of business scenarios. Both founders have a proven track record serving some of the nation’s most preeminent healthcare organizations. Rahul and Sanjay bring a unique mix of industry expertise and deep experience with cutting-edge analytics technologies.
